• 1988-2007 - National Auditor for Mercedes-Benz of Canada

• 2010 - Joined the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) as an applicant member

• 2012 - Became Registered Home Inspector

• 2012 - Received WETT Certification

• 2013 - Became licensed Septic Inspector

• 2013 - Assisted with the CAHPI National Lobby Platform presented to Federal MPs

• 2013-2015 - Acting OAHI Director

• 2013-2015 - Acting CAHPI Director

• 2015 - Member of the CAHPI Public Relations Committee

• 2016 - Completed RADON Proficiency training

• 2018 - Became certified Commercial Building Inspector

• 2019 - Acted as treasurer for the OAHI Southern Ontario meeting group

• 2018 - Acting Chair of the OAHI Southern Ontario meeting group

• 2025 - Became Certified Master Inspector
